I loved what Sherri had to say about Amanda Thompson and she is spot on. This kid is so athletic and very defensive. She will be a difference maker this season. Bank on it.

You're welcome, Krush. That is exciting to hear that about Amanda. Can't wait to see her and all the other wonder kids in action. But here's my favorite part of the article:

SoonerSports: Who is the most improved player from last season to now?
Coach Coale: “Ashley Paris. Her footwork has improved. The high post shot is money. Her confidence is better, aggression is better, endurance is better and she has polished up her fundamentals. Perhaps more than anything, she is just more comfortable in her skin.”

Ashley didn't seem comfortable last season. But then, as Coach Coale has said, Courtney's freshman season was extraordinary, while Ashley's was more typical. I hope Ashley knows that she doesn't have to be anything but herself, and that that's more than plenty.
