I want someone to spill the tea on why Canada wants to leave LA? They can spill the tea here or talk to Shannon Sharpe.

After missing the playoffs three straight years they've decided to start rebuilding

This surprises me somewhat. Last time Nneka signed with the Sparks, it sounded like she wanted to be a Sparks lifer. Maybe her and Canada quickly became sick of the “culture” of Curt Miller.
If there’s an open starting spot at starting PF (of course Nneka seems to be striving to be a SF), then going closer to home in Texas for the homestretch of her career sounds logical. Is Howard under contract? I’ll have to check.
I wonder if Canada and Nneka want to go to the same team? This team would have to have a lot of capital to work with.

The Sparks have missed the playoffs 3 straight seasons in a league where 8 teams make the playoffs...This isn't that big of a loss....The only downside is that they didn't get something in return for Nneka...Maybe they still can with a sign/trade.

Basically everybody who was there under Fisher has fled. Parker, Gray, and Williams all started for them in 2019, Fish's first season, and went on to win championships elsewhere.

#2 and #4!!! I'm so excited for the future...
Lets get this franchise back to where it belongs. Contending for championships, pissing off the "Beat LA" clowns, and living up to the legacy of Sparks basketball!

Interesting. There's quite a consensus that this is a top 2 or top 3 draft, depending on if Bueckers comes out or not.
Looks like Brink to LA at #2. Perhaps Cardoso at #4 to really bolster the front line with the departing Ogwumike(s').

Wouldn't be opposed, but I'd rather have Rickea Jackson and one of the ladies previously mentioned.

Bueckers and Rickea are a best case scenario, imo. Brink and Rickea would also be amazing.

Los Angeles with picks 2,4 and 8. Some good young talent coming to the Sparks. 🔥
