The press release didn't say how much of an ownership stake Tom Brady is purchasing.

ESPN et al. say "minority ownership." Details of the deal have not been released pending the league's approval of the deal.

The basketball itself has a circumference within a maximum of 29 inches and a minimum of 28.5 inches and has a pressure between 7.5 and 8.6 pounds. |

I'll tell you what, I hadn't seriously considered whether the Aces actually broke any rules (which is to say, I don't know, and if they did, I don't care) until this moment. If Hammon takes the Raptors job, after only one year in Vegas, it's going to look like she's trying to beat the posse out of town.

it's going to look like she never wanted to be a WNBA coach and was just slumming it until the NBA came calling, just like a depressing number of NBA guys who jumped over to the WNBA and then jumped back

I mean, I don’t see it that way. She came in and did an amazing job. I want her to stay in the W but if she gets a legit offer to head coach in the NBA then she should 100% take it.

I agree. She should take an NBA job if they offer it to her. The NBA isnt like it used to be and It would be great to have a woman be a head coach. However, the pay would have to be higher than her current salary.

The Raptors are not going to hire Becky Hammon as their head coach

Grrr, pet hate activated... Not the 2022 'World' Champions. The WNBA isn't the World. Ruocco even gets that right in the audio you're using. |

I'd happily watch a best-of-five between you guys and, say, Fenerbahce (Kiah Stokes could play 10 mins for each team) to decide the title. Otherwise, nope, you're not. |

Old U.S. military slang for the United States was The WORLD.

If you are a free agent player, why would you just not want to play for the Aces, even for less money.
I remember the reason that Chelsea Gray gave for choosing the Aces. She said that she had visited the facilities the season before and was blown away even then, to the commitment that Davis had made to the team. She knew then that she wanted to play in LV.
The reduced salaries that players take to play in Vagas is chicken feed compared to all the perks that go along with playing for team that treats their players like this. Its a players dream. One could argue how other teams could compete with this.

The Storm recently broke ground on their new workout facility. Bit of text & a few pix. Also, iirc, 80% of all the work from start to finish will be by women-owned businesses.

Is that the Aces' facility that self-destructed a few months ago?
