Monique Billings re-signs with Atlanta. Story doesn't say if it's a one year deal or what. Billings is an important piece off the bench and I'm glad to see her back.

Tiffany Hayes to Connecticut

Given how our trades with the Sun usually turn out, I expect Tip to be an MVP candidate

It does seem to work like that for us doesn't it? haha

But it shows that Atlanta was ready to move in a new young direction and that it truly is Rhyne Howard's team now. Best of luck to Tip in Connecticut though. I will always be a fan.

I know some were wondering how long Atlanta would have Allisha Gray for, well, it's not a one and done it seems.

The Dream pick up a couple of my favorite young bigs while the Lynx are twiddling their thumbs on the sideline.

Another extension for the Dream. Looks like they are trying to keep their core together for a little while and build from there.

I still don't have any particular love for the Dream, but Rhyne Howard apparently being on that "Fuck Holly Rowe" automatically makes me a fan of hers.

any story there? Is she injured? Or just the bottom of the pile of posts?

Is Rupert coming over this year?

who do you think makes your roster?

looking at your roster, giggling that Coates is listed as a rookie.
I guess L. Brown and Pivec are 'easy' cuts but who else?

Mompremier stopped playing quite abruptly a while back for her team in Hungary, despite having put up pretty big numbers for them up to then. So yeah, probably injured. No idea what the plan is with Rupert, but she's playing in Italy this year rather than France so wouldn't have to be wildly late if she doesn't want to be.

They also just signed Alaina Coates as another big option, for camp at least.

yeah, after Parker, Billings and Coffey they have a lot of pretty marginal posts. oh, and Hillmon is probably in for sure. Rupert would be a really nice addition.

I hope something goes WRIGHT for us this year! Come on ATL - tired of always waiting until next year. That is what the Falcons are for!

Who do you think will make the team?

Last year, I was disappointed in Nia Coffey’s play but optimistic about AD’s play. I am hopeful that Billings improves her scoring and Hillmon has improved her outside shooting. I don’t know what to expect from our rookies, but we need better outside shooting.

I assume our defense will remain great.

Probably only need one more. They have the cap space to temp suspend Rupert if she's not going to show up until after EuroBasket, and carry her as a 13th (assuming the League still think that's legal).
