20-14 UConn after one period

Interesting stats. UConn with a horrible 6 to's and yet if they were counted as misses shots UConn would would still be shooting 47%.

45-39 w 1+ min in 3Q. Edwards on bench with 3 fouls. DeBerry with 3 fouls in 6 minutes. Patterson pulled quickly for to, missed layup, no reb. Geno appalled.

UConn squeezes out a 64-54 win. The UConn teams of old would have beaten this weak team by 45. Such as 8 weeks old, when UConn won 98-53 on Dec. 2.

Edwards diminishing her chances to be AA and to be the Great Boston Hope with an invisible 4/4 game.

UConn just didn't have it. They are beat, tired and injured with only 5 decent players available. Way too many minutes played these last couple of months, they are in bad shape. They are definitely not in good enough condition to play USC Sunday.
