Ugh.

IDK why but a sprained foot seems worse than ankle.

Dealt with plenty of ankle injuries. I'm a baby with a sore paw.

Explains why they traded for Durr though. Watkins and even Howard could be a short term backup solution until Wheeler and Hayes get back. But if both are out a significant amount of time, you need a true backup PG that's not also a SG or wing.

As a long time frustrated dream fan, I have to acknowledge that they and Howard have been fun to watch this year. Aari is entertaining, Parker is good and we love our underdogs like Wallace, undersized Naz,and AD.

Many questions.

Why sign Montpremier if she’s not playing?
Can Coffey be like 2021?
What were the deficiencies in Walker’s game?
What’s the prognosis with Hayes? Can she help when ready? Why haven’t they signed a hardship till she was ready?

Who all is out to be able to sign a hardship? I thought you had to have under 10 available for a hardship. I know Wheeler and Hayes are out, but who else?

You can also get a hardship for two injuries where the players are expected to be out for 3+ weeks, but Kia Vaughn is apparently in Health and Safety Protocols, so that gets them under 10 if they've gone that route.

GM of the Year, since Fisher is probably disqualified now.

Surprised to hear that because when the Dream played the Sky on the 17th the color commentator (Stephen Bardo) was praising Slocum's play and cited her as an example of why the league should expand. Looking at the box score she had 10 points in 17 minutes (+1) with 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 turnovers.

I'm pulling for them - and Wright - to do well since they've struggled so mightily in recent years.

Sad that Yvonne Turner isn't playing anywhere now - guess her injury has had a longer-term effect in her ability to stay in the W. Another "old rookie"! Cool

I had a feeling Caldwell would be re-signed.

I feel bad for AD. They were really finding their stride in this role with the Dream. To come back from what they did with Covid, remarkable. Can't wait to see them back on the court next season.
