without Egbo. Then Smith in foul trouble. Their only backup is Cannon. Kinda shows why you need more than 4 bigs. At least you need to have somebody who can pretend to play the 4 when it's needed.

Seemed like Charles has gelled with the Storm a bit after a rough first couple games. She had some nice passes and paint plays today.

Havent seen the game yet. But happy to hear that she had a good game for the Storm. It isnt easy to join a team midseason and learn every play and get to know everyone on and off the court. So not suprised that it took a couple of games

Looks like she took up the slack for Stewie, who had an uncharacteristically bad shooting game! Loyd had a decent game. Glad to see Ezi had a double double!

Yes, patience is a virtue - some players get up to speed quickly, and others it takes more time. People also have good and bad games. Sometimes, I think we allow our feelings about folks to get in the way of the realities of change - team dynamics don't readjust overnight when different players are added to the mix.
