When do they usually announce? It seems pretty late.

They're throwing in this week's short week of games to make one long 'week' for award purposes. Hence the lack of announcement.

It’s gotta be Aerial Powers on the West side. AP had an amazing stretch including a career high 32 pts in one game.

I have no clue on the East side. Delle Donne only played 2 games in a 11 day stretch. That’s not enough in my eyes. Maybe just give it to the player with the best stats, which would be Ionescu who averaged 21 pts, 11.3 reb, 7.0 ast during the period.

Kelsey went Plum crazy this week. Delle Donne actually played some games so I guess it’s time to honor her again.

Will be Plum and EDD, although my personal picks are Gray and Cooper. Great shooting percentages, especially for perimeter players.

Every one shot the ball well except for McBride and Stewart. But you are right. They will probably give the awards to EDD and Plum.

The janitor had been doing a good job up to this point, but he muffed this one up.

Plum and Diggins are exactly tied on ppg. So what did the janitor use as a tiebreaker?

Team wins should be the strongest tiebreaker. I usually don’t even consider players on teams with losing records for the week, unless all the teams for that conference were losing (kinda like last week with Ionescu).

I wonder if this had anything to do with it? From 6/22/2022

The WNBA did award her with the All Star MVP though.

I respect her for saying it though.

Go Kelsey! My respect for her just shot through the roof. She earned respect on the floor and now she's earned it off the floor. Every group discriminated against needs allies like Kelsey.

This week is a big mess. Some of the best performances were for one game. The janitor could throw a bone to Ogunbowale this week. If he cared about multiple game winning record, then it should be A’ja Wilson.

The West was pretty cut and dry. Look at Plum percentages! Arike Twelvebricksagame can only dream of scoring so many points in so few shot attempts.

At first I thought the East was cut and dry also with Copper having the most points. But if you look way at the bottom of this graphic, you’ll see Vandersloot is only 2 ppg less. What you can’t see on this graphic is Vandersloot’s 10.5 apg. That tips the scale for me. Gotta go with Vandersloot.

I’d rather it go to players with winning records for the week, but I suppose you have to reward Stewart with that insanely high ppg and FG% over two games.

Ionescu seems to edge out Rhyne Howard in the East.

Yeah, averaging 7 orpg over 3 wins is pretty special. Not a bad choice.

Another tough week to decide. I guess it’ll be Jewell Loyd in the West even though she lost that final game to LVA. Dilemma.

I have to check to see if Delle Donne missed a game. But if it’s not her in the East, then you’d have to go all the way down to Jonquel Jones at 16.7 ppg.
