My guess would be LA.
No longer an Indy Girl, now a Diva Cali Girl.
High ambition for other than basketball opportunities.
Likes and common interests with the players. Motherhood with Parker.
Ogwumike sisters. Cheney with Espn. Contacts and opportunities abound.
Candice Wiggins is one of her best friends linking with Ogwumikes etc.
Position open at 2 guard.
Team is a top contender for WNBA Championship.
Coaching staff.
Players available for trading.
Minnesota offers little linkage to fame and fortune ambitions.
Don't see NY with Shakespeare but there is some fame/fortune opportunities.
Past the Indy thing.
No Chicago.
Las Vegas is an option for fame and fortune but what's to trade?

You have made a pretty compelling case. One more point on the Lynx - people seem to be abandoning the Lynx: Moore, Wade, Hopkins, Patterson and apparently Sims.....

You have to wonder where she wants to go. New York? Atlanta? Indiana? Sending her to New York shakes things up and immediately would involve trading Durr. I just hope that a Ionescu-Diggins backcourt would work. Atlanta needs a better PG with Montgomery having her worse season last year. Indiana would be closer to home and her roots. But do they lose someone like Wheeler & Achonwa?

Again, Chicago is quite a bit closer to South Bend than Indy, and it is a much easier drive. Hell, South Bend is on one of the Chicago commuter train lines. If she wants close to home, Chicago is the answer before Indy is.

Google Maps says it’s only a 50 mile difference.
At IND, Diggins would reunite with Achonwa.
Diggins doesn’t compare to Sloot. Quigley and Sloot are a good package deal. Why bring in someone who could potentially disrupt that, and pay her $215K while she’s doing it.
I think the only way Diggins goes to CHI at $215K is if Sloot goes elsewhere, at which point I’m going “Oh Reeve!”

At no point should The New York Liberty ever entertain the notion of trading Durr for Diggins!!!

I'm not saying Chicago is a good fit. I am just saying it doesn't make sense to talk about Indy as her "home" team and ignore Chicago.

100% agreed. Liberty need to retain their youth. Stokes and Boyd should be the tradable ones.

Too bad the fans are not in charge of their front office. Tbh Id rather have Nurse than Durr at the moment . Ogunbowale will be our scorer. Im not sure how effective durr can be without having the ball in her hands the majority of the possession. Im intruged to see if she does stay how her season plays out with Ionescu , Nurse in the backcourt with her.

Giving up Nurse means we have a hole at SF. Especially if Allen doesn't come over. We're loaded at SG, which makes Durr the trade bait.

Durr at SF would be a nightmare on defense. No thanks. And NY would be foolish to give up the #1 and potential future MVP Ionescu.

Diggins and #15 for #1....if she's this big time super star likes she acting, then that should more than fair for both teams!

I am happy with NY just staying the course with what they have but
If the GM and ownership want to go another way my psychic vision is
Nurse and #13 for Diggins-Smith
contingent on NY also signing McCoughtry
Diggins-Smith
Ionescu
McCoughtry
Charles
Zahui B/Stokes
Durr as six woman off the bench ala Lou Williams for the Clippers
with that said I see Diggins-Smith landing in LA
