CMU had the ball tied at 49, with a 2-second differential bet. shot and game clock. They miss a 3 with NINE seconds left, then foul Durr while she's shooting a 3, with 4 seconds left. Durr makes all 3.
CMU then throws a 3/4 court inbounds pass that is picked off by the Lou big blonde (can't recall her name), and the Cardinals front rim a decent look from downtown at the buzzer.
52-49 Lou, end 3.

Lou hangs on, 72-68.
Hudson hit an unlikely 3- off balance and flying to her right, which brought the Chips to within 1.
Durr, who scored ~13 of Lou's last 14, was fouled with ~:16 left and made both FTs.
CMU had no more Times Out so had to go the length of the court. This time, Hudson forced a double-teamed 3, going for the tie, which fell about 7ft short. Herr Feuhring rebounded and was fouled with 1.9 left and Lou ahead 71-68. She missed the 1st, which gave the crowd some hope, which was quashed when the 2nd FT swished.
A CMU 3/4 court heave nearly when in at the buzzer.

Might be 'unlikely' but she does hit those weird shots on a fairly regular basis. I just can't believe that Louis couldn't put this one away sooner.

| well she was on my fantasy team last year so I watched quite a lot of CMU and I would say she hit an off balance awkward shot and/or one from 6-8 feet behind the line, almost every game that I saw, which was at least 10 games.
