I claim no pile of stats but my inclination is to agree that most college sports are money losers.....so what?....college is supposed to be a learning experience....

its not the women's bb teams fault that their sport does not make a lot of money....that is not their mission...

and its not the men's team fault NOR responsibility to make money....

the NCAA/big schools have made sports a money making operation....shame on them....the million dollar coaches salaries for example......

just look at Oregon and their sugar daddy....as long as that "relationship" ( I understand the Athletic director is a former Nike guy) is allowed to stand, then the NCAA can just suck it up and if more and more colleges eventually drop sports altogether because they can't afford to compete with the Nike schools, then its all on the big wigs in the NCAA and their lackey college presidents ....
