So what about these new stipends that I see the Louisville coach bragging about on twitter, did I miss that thread. Seems to he that this could affect some recruiting from here on out?

Its too bad that this is now used as a recruiting tool. I mean I was hoping it would just be something people knew was available at every school instead of being something schools are bragging about whether it gives $500 or $1000 more than another school.
