How sad...but man, how she inspired so many of us and even proved the doctors wrong. No way was she going to make it to 2015, let alone April!
She was a truly special individual that hopefully won't be forgotten.

That was beautiful! So many people will remember Lauren Hill!
I will be sending a $51.00 donation to #LayUp4Lauren. the $22 they asked for, $19 for her age and $10 for the date she lost her fight.
May she rest in peace and may her family, friends and all who knew her find peace in knowing she lived her life and she wanted to and helped so many in the process.

Yes, thank you, Youch Coach.
I've heard cancer doctors say that when it's down to the last days, weeks or months, the will to make it to the next holiday, or whatever really matters to the patient often dictates the final chapter. Lauren made it to the true end of the WCBB season, the FF. What a fighter! I feel like I've lost a dear friend. RIP, God be with you #22.

Wow, I just watched the memorial service for Lauren. It was streaming online at Channel19News- Cleveland, Ohio
It might still be up if anyone wants to watch it. Her casket was there with her basketball jerserys on top and a basketball resting on nets was on a seperate stand. The game clock was set at 22 min with 22sec left. Lots of pictures of her and the casket was rolled out to the song "Eye of the Tiger".
Brought tears to my eyes.
