Apparently someone thinks that NCAA DI athletes should be paid at least minimum wage because they are no different than work-study students that sell the programs at the games.

I say when a student gets a scholarship to sell those programs at games, THEN we can talk.

I know that most athletes don't get full rides. But I'm guessing that most get some money or other equitable perks (tutoring, training tables, clothing, trips overseas, instruction that goes beyond their major that if they had to pay for the credit hours they probably wouldn't do [basically a second major].)
