With the draft coming up I thought I'd throw out some Pac-12 players that should be on some people's radar. I'm not exactly sure on the playing status of all the athletes, but these are some stand outs from last season and a few that I think could have good seasons, and of course this isn't a complete list.

Nirra Fields, UCLA
Recee' Caldwell, UCLA
Monique Billings, UCLA
Jordin Canada, UCLA
Kelsey Plum, Washington
Jazmine Davis, Washington
Amber Orrange, Stanford
Erica McCall, Stanford
Chrishae Rowe, Oregon
Jillian Alleyne, Oregon
Tia Presley, Washington State
Lia Galdeira, Washington State
Reshanda Gray, California
Brittany Boyd, California
Alexyz Vaioletama, USC
Jordan Adams, USC
Kristen Simon, USC
Ruth Hamblin, Oregon State
Sydney Wiese, Oregon State
Jamee Swan, Colorado
Jen Reese, Colorado
Taryn Wicijowski, Utah
Katie Hempen, Arizona State
Kelsey Moos, Arizona State
Candice Warthen, Arizona

That's correct, as well as a few other select schools around the country. Wink

due to illness, I regret that I will be unable to participate in the Fantasy Game this season.

I hope this doesn't cause any problems, but I am simply unable to do it.

I hope y'all have fun

so sorry to hear that Tiger. Get well soon and hopefully you can at least enjoy your LSU ladies' play this year.

Just a reminder note to everybody: Please be on time. and please do your prep work so we can draft in a reasonable amount of time. Sunday Nov 9 at 7 pm Eastern time. (just don't look at my secret weapons, ok?)

And if someone would like to take Tiger's place, please raise your hand now otherwise we will be fine with nine. (i'm even a poet)

No strategy, just personal reasons for not picking any players from the Pac-12 and other select schools.

thanks for the kind words, the part about enjoying my ladies just took a turn for the worse obviously with our key player being suspended.

Nikki obviously doesn't put up with much out of order behavior, based on her brief history at LSU.

I had hoped to have Ballard on my fantasy team this season! Now, I guess it's safe to assume nobody will pick her.

oh good! we can dis-qualify your first round pick right away. That should help everyone else....or do I need to go back and look at high schools? Wink

Looking at high schools is a good place to start. I'd recommend looking at Saddle River Days team first. Our Lady of the Lake is supposedly a translation of a particular schools name. Wink

Nah, why bother. I figure you only have three choices and all three will be gone before I get to pick, Crying or Very sad so I'm planning for the next level down...and having a hard time deciding at that level too. Guess you could surprise us and pick Picknell in the first round though. That's what makes it fun - one can always hope!

I'm aghast that my ploy has been so easily spotted.

I guess that I can't pick Picknell now--what about Natalie Butler? She'd be a great benchwarmer on my team.

We like scaring the noobs. If a Mod could adjust the post time for the duration of the draft that would be great--it'll help us speed things up.

Also, allowing for a longer page might prove helpful--I think we did that last year too.
