"The event was created to showcase both of the league’s conference tournaments and spans at least two years beginning this year. Two teams from each league will participate in the initial two years to assist in the promotion of the 2015 SEC Women’s Basketball Championship to be played in North Little Rock, Ark., and the 2016 Big 12 Women’s Basketball Championship scheduled in Oklahoma City, Okla."
