Former Duke and USC player Rometra Craig has developed a shootiing devise and program called the Jump Shot Pro to help players learn proper technique. Craig, daughter of former SF 49ers player Roger Craig lives and coaches in the SF Bay Area.

Interesting. If the numbers she quoted are correct, it's quite effective.
