Much though I love Rutgers, I'm a bit surprised to find the Scarlet Knights on this list.

Can't we at least wait until the summer for these?

Must do it for the publicity particularly on the heels of the Final Four when interest in the game is at its peak.

That aside, again. When are they going to learn, geez. ND is number two in the nation not sixth. Dopes.

Baylor without Odyssey a top 10 team? Confused

If Baylor is a Top 10 Team without Odyssey and Mackenzie, then Stanford is a Top 10 Team without Ruef and Ogwumike.

For Baylor it will all boil down to Prince's status. She was hurt all this year. Yes, Odyssey is gone. Griner is long gone. Nina Davis was great but next season she will have higher expectations and won't have Odyssey there. My guess is that #10 is too high. I'd say more like #16 or so, but KM seems to get more out of teams than you would think (except in Griner's last year).

I guess it's up to the minute: UNC drops six spots to No. 8.

And one more reason why these early rankings are silly.

Quite true.

But. Positive exposure is....positive exposure.
