Teddy Bears win 66-59!

Sarah Russell with another double-double, 15 points and 13 rebounds!

It seemed to me that one of your Mercer threads needed a comment.

Go Sarah Russell!

Thank you for your support

The Dolphins of JU are pretty bad, but road wins are always hard to come by in ASun play. Mercer has now won five in a row and seven of their last eight!

P...How long do you think it will take Jill Dunn to make something of the program there at Jacksonville? The previous coach practically drove the program to the core of the earth, so I don't envy Coach Dunn for the job ahead of her.

If she's good enough to make the program good then she'll probably move on to bigger and better things before the job is complete.

She could make the team competitive in the ASun within just a few years. I doubt the administration down there would ever commit the resources to reach beyond that.

Has Mercer faced the legendary BJ Banjo yet this season? Wink

You mean Artis Gilmore doesn't play for Jacksonville any more?

Nope. They're here on 28 January, we're there on 23 February.

Sadly, I will miss the game here as I will be at the Atlanta Game Fest
